Legal for Startups will cover the basic legal landscape that all startups should understand well. Companies face a number of legal hurdles on their road from concept to execution, many of which can be lethal pitfalls to success. About Inder Comar

Mr. D. Inder Comar is principal at Comar Law. Mr. Comar completed his legal training at New York University School of Law and completed undergraduate (B.A., Psychology; B.A., International Relations) and graduate degrees (M.A., Sociology) at Stanford University. Comar Law is a law firm dedicated to social change. Comar Law works with corporate clients with respect to company management and early stage finance, and also maintains a trial and appellate practice.
